  • Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull, American Bull Dog, Rottweiler, German Shephard, Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pincher, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Caucasian Ovcharka, Wolf Hybrid, and any other dog breed consider vicious or over the weight limit.

  • Unfurnished Apartments – 6+ Month Lease Options
  • Furnished Apartments – 30 Day Minimum

Additional Information

  • Security deposit is one month’s rent
  • $85 application fee, per applicant
  • Residents responsible for: electric, water/ sewer, gas, parking, cable & internet
  • To qualify, applicants are required to pass: rental, credit & criminal background checks and meet income requirements.
  • Parking: $150 per month for garage; $100 per month for surface lot.
