MASONRY BEGINS AT TOWNHOMES
Masonry work is now being done to The Avenue District Site 3 townhomes exterior, at Rockwell Avenue and the newly created East 15th Street. In addition to the masonry skin, the rubber roof is now complete, with installation of the rooftop decks starting later this week. The plumbing and electric roughs (behind the walls) are completed in most units, with insulation and drywall beginning in select units later this month. Buyers will also finish their interior selections this month. THE GREATER CLEVELAND ART & GALLERY FESTIVAL The Avenue District is a main sponsor for The Greater Cleveland Art & Gallery Festival, taking place Sept. 14-16 at the Galleria, in conjunction with the SPARX Gallery Hop. The Avenue District sales office will be open in addition to a booth at the event. There will be a raffle for a Cleveland prize package basket that includes Playhouse Square tickets and more! The event times are Friday, Sept. 14, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 15, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 16, 12 p.m. – 5 p.m. CLEVELAND 20/30 GOLF OUTING The 2007 Cleveland 20/30 Club Golf Outing, sponsored by the Avenue District, will take place Saturday, Sept. 15, at Grey Hawk Golf Club in LaGrange, Ohio.
