Notification: Pre-Construction Pricing Deadline

With The Avenue District Groundbreaking Ceremony fastly approaching this Friday, pre-construction pricing at The Avenue District will soon be coming to an end.  A price increase will go into effect on October 13, 2006.  The price increase will be on all unsold lofts and penthouses at 1211 St. Clair Avenue and all unsold townhomes in the first 'u-shaped' building on Block III.  Official pricing will be released next Wednesday, but if you were planning on making The Avenue District your new address, hurry in to The Avenue District Sales and Information Center at the Galleria at Erieview Tower before the price increase goes into effect!  If you have any questions or if you would like to set up an appointment with Frank Lalli, Sales Manager, please call 216.589.8524
