Groundbreaking Ceremony Appreciation

Dear Friends,
 
I personally wanted to thank everyone who ignored the early morning rain and made it out to The Avenue District groundbreaking ceremony. We were fortunate enough for the rain to subside just in time for the festivities to begin.  About 150 people were in attendance to share in the excitement.  In the not so distant future, you'll be able to see cranes in the air and a building coming out of the ground.  If you didn't have a chance to make it to the corner of E. 12th St. and St. Clair Ave. this past Friday, check out some of the pictures that we've attached below from the ceremony.  I look forward to seeing everyone at our next Avenue District event.  Stay Tuned!
