New Survey Question

Of the following, what would you find most attractive about living in The Avenue District versus other downtown dwellings:

1. Walking distance to nightlife (night clubs, bars, concert venues)
2. Walking distance to sports venues.
3. Tax abatement and lower interest rates.
4. Walking  to work.
5. Walking distance to theater district, restaurants, rock hall of fame and the lake.
6. Close proximity to Severance Hall, University Circle, medical and educational institutions.
7. The pedestrian friendly neighborhood concept.
