Last Chance for Pre-Construction Pricing Pre-construction pricing at The Avenue District will soon be coming to an end. A price increase will go into effect on all unsold lofts and penthouses at 1211 St. Clair Avenue and all unsold townhomes in the first 'u-shaped' building on Block III. Prices at The Avenue District are scheduled to go up this Friday, October 13, so hurry to the Sales and Information Center at the Galleria at Erieview Tower if you are planning on making The Avenue District your new address.
