    Zaremba wants Clevelanders to shape The Avenue District! Over the past month, they have been collecting comments on the need for features such as green space and the interest in green building.

    Green space is defined by any space where green grass or other plants and flowers will flourish.  Green space contributes to the livability of the area.  These spaces may include rooftop gardens or landscapes, landscaped park areas, picnic areas, and tree-lined streets.
