The Avenue District: Exterior Renderings The Avenue District is not just a single building – rather it is a collection of buildings built up over time, creating a lively and diverse neighborhood. Thus, we have several buildings, each with their own style and personality. Some of the buildings are glassy and modern, while others are more classically derived. Yet within that difference, the entire neighborhood becomes unified by employing a commonality of details, quality of building materials, and correct proportions. Jump Back Ball Contest Winner The Avenue District is honored to sponsor Playhouse Square’s 15th Annual Jump Back Ball, Frolic on 42nd- A Broadway Blitz. The annual event will take place this Saturday, February 25, 2006 in the State and Palace Theatres at Playhouse Square. As a proud sponsor, The Avenue District held a drawing for all prospective buyers who stopped by the sales office to learn more about the new residential development project. The drawing included one pair of tickets ($250 value) to the black tie event. The winner was drawn at random on February 13th. We are pleased to announce that the winner of our ticket giveaway is Jim D. from Bainbridge. We hope Jim and his wife have a lovely time at the event. Congratulations!
