New Website Launch We at Zaremba are pleased to announce our new website design and official launch. With pre-sales beginning in early January, Zaremba is excited to present The Avenue District enthusiasts with our new, one-of-kind website. Unique to most developers, Zaremba has continued to provide prospective buyers and the general public a feedback section where they can help us shape The Avenue District!
In addition to our recent articles section, weekly polls, and comments area, visitors to the site can now rate floor plans on a scale of 1 to 5 and also “refer a friend” to our site. The new website also features innovative enhancements that include in-depth details of the various Avenue District product types and information about the surrounding district, including shopping and dining venues! The new website also showcases a members-only section, where The Avenue District members can review floor plans and save them under their own profile. In 2006, we will be developing additional personalized tools for our members. As construction begins next summer, our members-only section will also display a live webcam of the construction site.
