A SOLID FOUNDATION



The foundations are poured on The Avenue District Site 3 Townhomes, located at East 15th Street and the newly created Lindazzo Avenue. Framing is set to begin in the next few weeks. Site 3 will be home to 30 townhomes, with the first 15 set for completion in Fall 2007.

The Avenue District will be exhibiting at the COSE “Deal Me In Business After Hours,” Tuesday, April 24, 2007, 3-7 p.m., at the Wolstein Center at Cleveland State University, 2000 Prospect Ave.
 
The COSE “Deal Me In Business After Hours” is one of the largest business-to-business trade shows in Northeast Ohio, with nearly 1,000 attendees expected for 2007.  The show will feature more than 100 exhibitors, food and drinks, networking and fun.
