Define Your Space with a Pod
With the wide open space of the Studio Lofts, Pods work like a piece of furniture defining the room. They are an innovative way of looking at creating and changing space normally defined by studs and drywall.

Wet Pods
Wet Pods contain the core of the plumbing fixtures. One side of the pod is the “wet” side of the kitchen. The opposite side is the bathroom and laundry. The wet pod becomes the focal point of your Studio Loft. The kitchen boasts high-tech, highly functional appliances and amenities. The bathroom on the opposite side is as functional as it is beautiful.

Closet Pods
Closet pods, standing 2’ x 4’ x 7’6”, are a standard feature of each unit. Built on wheels, the closet pods are versatile.  They may carry your hanging clothes or be used for storage. They can configure as the ideal walk-in closets or can be moved around to change or create your own rooms. Two closet pods come standard with each Studio Loft and additional pods may be purchased.
